1. Initial Consultation (Complimentary)
The process begins with a 20–30 minute phone or video consultation. During this time, we discuss your needs, challenges, and priorities. This conversation allows me to understand your goals and determine the best way to support you.
2. On-Site Assessment
Following the consultation, I conduct an in-person assessment of your space. This visit includes reviewing the layout, storage systems, and current organization. I also take measurements and photographs (with your consent) to aid in planning. Together, we clarify your vision and identify key areas for improvement.
3. Customized Plan of Action
Based on the assessment, I develop a personalized plan tailored to your space, lifestyle, and preferences.
This plan includes:
• A clear outline of the organizing approach
• Estimated number of sessions required
• Product or storage recommendations (if applicable)
• A proposed timeline for completion
4. Professional Organizing Sessions
This is where the magic happens! During our sessions, I work either collaboratively with you or independently—depending on your preference.
This phase includes:
• Decluttering: Supporting you in making decisions about what to keep, donate, or discard
• Sorting & Categorizing: Grouping similar items to improve flow and accessibility
• System Implementation: Introducing organizing solutions that are both practical and sustainable
• Space Optimization: Arranging items in a logical, functional, and visually cohesive manner
5. Product Sourcing (Optional)
Should your project require specific organizing products, I can recommend and source items that align with your style and budget. This step is always discussed in advance to ensure transparency.
6. Donation Removal
As part of the service, I offer complimentary removal of one carload of donations at the end of each session, ensuring items are responsibly donated or recycled.
7. Post-Project Follow-Up & Maintenance Program (Optional)
After your project is complete, I offer a follow-up check-in several weeks later to ensure that the systems we put in place are working well for you. This is an opportunity to make any adjustments based on your daily routines and evolving needs.
For clients who would like continued support, I also offer an ongoing Maintenance Program. This program is designed to help you sustain the results over time and includes:
• Regular check-ins (monthly, quarterly, or seasonal options)
• Reassessments of key areas to ensure continued functionality
• Refresh and reset sessions to restore order during busier periods
• Support with new organizing challenges, such as life transitions, moves, or renovations
The Maintenance Program is fully customizable based on your space and schedule. It’s an ideal option for those who want to stay ahead of clutter and maintain a consistently organized home with professional support.
